The only things i didn’t liked is ur breakfast menu u badly need to update it.. no basic dish just sausage nd potato's nd pancakes.. people come around the world u must have one dish accordingly

Since my first step into the hotel entrance till the end of my visit, the staff was very polite, warm and helpful. I felt like the top vip even it was only a casual visit for breakfast. The service quality was high I’ve ever seen. Berkay at Atolye Restaurant was so welcoming. He observes your needs very well and offering service even before you request it. He was amazing.

Dated hotel with no outdoor space

This hotel is dark, dated and smells like smoke. I feel like I have traveled back to the 80’s. The room is ok, great views but everything else needs an update. We wanted to go outside.. nothing outside is open. The outside is getting a renovation? It’s 75 degrees and beautiful, but we can’t enjoy it! It is also in a location that is hard to walk from.. tons of busy traffic circling the hotel. We booked with Amex Fine Hotels and resorts, this is not a fine hotel and definitely not a resort. The circular check in area is also super weird and dated. There are tons of great Hotels in Istanbul, next time I will make a different choice.

The experience with Selcuk, Berkam and Yagmur are great! Friendly and hospitality!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Food are great, Rome are comfortable! The fitness center and pool , steam room are also incredible excellent! ! With the great view seat and warm atmosphere, First floor bar lounge with cold beer and great view watching the Bosphorus Strait between Asia and Europe! Keep think the land is the beginning of the civilization! The Ritz Carlton definitely is the best Choi os the stay in Istanbul!

Stunning property! Spent few days there and the stay was memorable because of the Guest Experience Manager Bora, who was so attentive and provided amazing hospitality. He made the very first stay so special and memorable! The rooms are specious, amenities are top notch! But people who work there are amazing from the doorman to housekeeping every person is friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to be back🥰 Çok teşekkürler!
